Medem offers a complete suite of services to MSNJ members. Below is a short description of some of the services, but members should visit the Medem web site for a detailed description of all the services.

Decrease Practice Liability

Medem helped develop and implement the eRisk Working Group for Healthcare guidelines for physician office web sites and on-line communications. Input from leading malpractice carriers will decrease physician offic eliability and mitigate risk. A synopsis of these guidelines can be found at www.medem.com/erisk.html.

On-Line Consultation services

On-line consultation allows physicians to communicate with patients in a secure electronic environment.

Patient Education

The Medem library contains thousands of articles and resources on-line and available 24 hours per day. Physicians can use these resources to build your own web sites.

Secure messaging

Medem’s secure messaging allows office staff to communicate with patients on routine matters.

Web site services

MSNJ members can easily set up their own practice web sites using the tools provided. If you don’t have a web site on the Medem network, click “Build Your Own Web Site Now” and follow the steps to build a site.
