Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) as a source of information
on individual physician-members of MSNJ, for use by physician-members,
health care professionals, and the public. |

"Physician Finder" does not contain sufficient information
to verify physician credentials but it does offer the public, physicians,
hospitals, managed care organizations, PPOs, or other health care
organizations general information on the MSNJ member-physicians.
MSNJ recognizes that it cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, completeness,
and timeliness of all the information contained in the "Physician
Finder." MSNJ does not endorse, approve, certify, or control
any external Internet addresses and does not guarantee the accuracy,
completeness, efficacy, timeliness, or correct sequencing of information
located at such addresses.
