Passaic County Medical Society

The Charter of this Society was granted by the Medical Society of New Jersey on November 14, 1843.
The purposes of this Society, a Chartered Component of the Medical Society of New Jersey, are
A. to organize the licensed physicians and surgeons of Passaic County.
B. to unite with other component societies of the Medical Society of New Jersey and through it, with other state associations, to constitute and maintain the American Medical Association.
C. to advance the art and science of medicine; elevate professional standards; safeguard the interests of, and promote friendly relations among members of the medical profession.
D. to promote the improvement of health care; enlighten and direct public opinion in regard to the problems of medicine and health for the best interests of the people of Passaic County; and, in general
E. to render the members of this Society most capable of serving all people.
