When a new member joins with a colleague, both new members will receive a 50% discount on Camden County and State dues.

When an existing member recruits a new member, both will receive a 50% discount on Camden County and State dues.

**2011 Camden County and State dues are currently $855.00**

MEMBER INVOLVEMENT:

  1. Opportunities to become involved, be heard and resolve concerns as a member, executive committee member or officer. The Right to vote and hold office.

COMMUNICATION SERVICES:

  1. Receive emergent medical information on a grassroots/personal level.
  2. Working closely with Medical Staff Offices in each local hospital.
  3. Contacting various levels of Medical Associations throughout the country.
  4. Assistance with CME state requirements.
  5. Assistance with licensure
  6. Socializing opportunities to meet or discuss issues with colleagues.
  7. Proving communication via Newsletter, Email, Broadcast Fax, Monthly Minutes.

PATIENT REFERRAL SERVICES:

  1. Provide the public with physician referrals, credentials information and Hospital affiliations.
  2. Maintain a liaison with medical staffs for direct communication about social events, health care issues and concerted actions.

KEY INFORMATION SOURCE:

  1. A wealth of information is maintained to assist with practice, legal, legislative, State Board of Medical Examiners Regulations.

LEGISLATIVE INVOLVEMENT:

  1. Keep members apprised of legislative activities and legislative bills affecting the practice of medicine. b. Member involvement on a grassroots level.

ADJUDICATION (JUDICIAL COMMITTEE):

  1. Helping members to prevent complaints being escalated to State Board of Medical Examiners or legal action.

NEW MEMBER CONTACT:

  1. Physicians introduction to other Society members.
  2. Socializing network with spouses outings, dinners, etc.

HEALTH CARE ORGRANIZATION:

  1. Liaison with state and countywide health care organizations to ensure the needs of the physicians and their patients are addressed at every level.
